Canoeing

In the atmosphere of wild and untouched nature, runs an easy 24 km long canoeing route, between the towns of Modlica and Nowe Miasto on the Warta river. The route, for the most part, leads through picturesque backwoods, along the centre of the Żerków-Czeszewo Landscape Park, close to numerous nature reserves. It cuts through two ferry crossings: in Dębno and in Czeszewo, which constitute an additional tourist attraction. The banks of the river section along which the canoeing routes are running, are often reached by marked routes which make it possible to get in touch with the group visiting the Warta river on foot or by bike.
